Ihr Weg zur Regulation
You’ll complete a short intake Formular, followed by a one-on-one consultation and examination with your Therapeut.
1. Kontaktaufnahme
Nehmen Sie Kontakt auf über WhatsApp oder rufen Sie an. Sonja koordiniert die physischen Termine.ms, and goals. Our Therapeut will then perFormular a physical exam and, if needed, recommend imaging such as X-rays or MRI. Based on these findings, we’ll identify the root cause of your issue and outline the most effective path forward.
2. Erstgespräch
After the exam, your Therapeut will review the results with you in clear, simple terms. You’ll gain a full understanding of your condition — what’s causing it, how it impacts your body, and what steps can be taken to correct it.
3. Behandlung Recommendation
Finally, we’ll create a personalized care plan designed to support your Erholung and long-term Wohlbefinden. Your Behandlung may include regular Regulations, at-home stretches, lifestyle advice, and guidance on posture or nutrition — everything you need to feel your best again.
